According to the Covenants and Restrictions of our neighborhood, approval must be requested prior to commencing any new construction or changes/additions to the exterior of any home.Β This includes, but is not limited to, all new construction, changes to the exterior of any existing home, additions (including porches), pools, and fences.
You must have written approval from the HOA prior to starting any and all construction projects.Β Please contact us via our Online Portal. Please use the “Portal Login” link to sign in and submit plans.
