This year’s annual meeting will be held as a two-part virtual event starting on June 29th. The format will be as follows:

1) On June 29th the HOA will release a video update regarding the 2019/2020 fiscal year. We will include board member updates, our new property management initiative, the overall financial picture, and updates to various improvements that have been made in our neighborhood. This format will not allow for a live question and answer session; however, we plan to provide an opportunity to submit questions to the board to be answered in the follow up portion of the annual update. We will also provide information on a survey we would like all residents to fill out regarding various topics for 2020/2021.

2) We will plan a second virtual event in early August to review and answer the questions presented from the first event. We will also present the results of the survey and how that pertains to the direction for the next fiscal year.

We regret that we are unable to meet with you this year but look forward to our virtual dialogue later this month. Our virtual sessions will be posted on our website at Frenchmansbendhoa.com and on our private Facebook page. Instructions will also be posted for submitting questions based on the presentation.
